Still has that "new course smell" 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Feb 3, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

Has five nice scrub oak holes that take skill shots to park
Some elevation changes on back half
Won't be very busy so can loop it several times
Four baskets are almost blind shots, so nice touch required

Cons:

Tee box boarders easy to trip over for now
Tee boxes a little small
Not much interest in first four wide open holes
#6 needs a little trimming off the tee box

Other Thoughts:

Played on a very windy winter day - made it a real challenge on open holes. Overall a fun excursion to a new course which looks like it's still being developed. Tee boxes must be meant for future cement since the edges stick up all around (nasty tripping right now). Decent challenge for Rec or beginner level folks. Play #3 as OB on the road to make it interesting. Most baskets can be reached with mid-ranges or FDs except #7 (long and hidden) and #9 uphill. Love to see 9 more holes up in the woods where the elevation changes would be fun.
