Pros:
-Concrete pads and baskets in good shape
-EZ Parking for quick rounds
-EZ to navigate with good signage

Cons:
-There is absolutely nothing of interest
-There are no obstacles of any kind
-There are no shot shapes....at all.

I have played and enjoyed many one to two star courses and this is my first ever one star review.
I feel obligated to explain. This review is based on the most typical question players refer to DGCR for: "Should I take the time to go there?" Since this Civic Center DGC is only 17 minutes from the much played Pueblo City Park, you might want to go anyway....maybe.
You might look closely at the course photos: Holes 7 to 9 at least appear to have something, anything, but in fact they do not. There is sadly not a single shot, aspect or object of any interest at all.
NOTE: the 2015 plan may have been to add features. Can't help but think it would take dozens of expensive additions and perhaps the plan was scrapped. Also, winter did not affect my round. The wind was light, the ground was dry, the sun was warm.
