Pros:
Easy access off of Maine routes 111 and 35 between the Sanford and Biddeford areas.
There is a small practice area with a basket, picnic table & trash can. The kiosk provides a business card/score card, basic rules of dg, and a lock box for the $3 fee (kids under 14 are free).
The course is very simple to follow with no map needed. The tee signs are very basic, but completely adequate for the course. They list the hole number, distance and par. Plus there is a small garbage can at every sign.
The 9 single chain baskets are in good shape. And although I didn't play at night, there are solar powered lights on each basket for a possible night round.
The course is very beginner friendly. It would be totally suitable for a first timer, young child, elderly person or anyone who's not in good shape and wants to give disc golf a try. It's just a simple walk down and up a small hill with maybe 25' of elevation change at the most. The course does take advantage of the limited elevation change on the property.
If there's nobody else on the course, it makes an excellent driving range. If you stray too far left or right, you can get into some pretty deep grass. But if you stay within the mowed area as seen in the "view of the entire course" picture, you can rip drives to your heart's content (if you don't throw over 600' that is).

(From the perspective of a semi-experienced disc golfer) The course is extremely short. The longest holes are 200' and the shortest is just 50'. It just plays up and down a small hill... out into a field and back... with mowed grass fairways lined by the uncut grass.
Very limited shot-making or decision making is required as there are no trees or other obstacles on the course. There are no "forced" hyzer or anhyzer shots. You can take, literally, any route that you want to each of the baskets.
$3 may seem like a lot to pay for this course, but I figure that this is a labor of love for the course owner. Based upon what I saw on Facebook (see the links section) it appears that this course is a one man show, so I have no problem at all forking out $3 to help pay for the mowing, baskets, etc... and for the permission to get to play on someone's private property.

Destination course... for the experienced disc golfer, no. But for kids, or anyone that you want to introduce to the game at its' most basic level, this is the course for you.
I had a good time and the course provided me with a couple fun practice rounds with just my putter. Plus I was able to get my daughter (the day before her 7th birthday) to play a full 9 holes with me. This is the first time, other than on my own private course, that she's completed a full 9 holes with me.
And may I mention that I got my first ace ever on hole #3 the 2nd time I played the course?
