Pros:
well kept up, some fun up and down hills, intelligent use of the fringes of the property for maximum terrain interest, a couple really fun big downhill drives, an "other side of the road" tee box that feels different and interesting
Cons:
very small property, some holes are super short (like #1) and feel more like a warmup, and you are often staring at the building and playground and skatepark, walking around a big open multi-use field--the sense of hiking in nature is not present most of the time like the majority of courses... also have to watch out for hikers and other people using the property, though there are signs posted to inform people to watch out for discs
Other Thoughts:
note: after school programs use the playground and field, so depending on time of day there may be a lot of kids around, and potentially using the non-disc golf part of the fields for kickball
