Pros:
-- Well maintained, even the grass, because it's on a college campus.
-- Good use of elevation and water (two or three holes).
-- Good baskets (Innova Disc Catcher)
-- Easy to navigate. I never needed to look at a map.
-- The park is nice and there is a pavilion near No. 1 and the parking lot.
Cons:
-- Natural tees
-- Some boring filler holes (1 and 4).
-- No benches at the tees, although there were some on the walking path nearby.
-- No restrooms.
-- No trash cans.
-- 9 holes.
-- A couple of holes have some safety concerns. No. 3 basket and No. 4 tee are too close together. And No. 9 plays between two sand volleyball courts.
Other Thoughts:
-- Two of the more interesting holes have a good chance of having the basket surrounded by water. No. 2 fairway had water on it, and the basket is a few feet from the end of a drainage ditch. It is a short (210?) RHBH hyzer around a line of bushes to an inset basket. The bushes and rough are thick. On No. 5, the basket is 15 feet from the lake. I can imagine the water reaching the basket at times.
-- There are large red flags near each basket, which seems like overkill given the open nature of the course, the shortness of the holes and the yellow Innova baskets.
