Pros:
-Clean, cheery Park with amenities
-Good length concrete tees
-#5 if you can make the throw

-#1-4 will be problematic for those with poor or sporadic aim

-Fundamental problem is the beginner level holes paired with disc loss traps, not a good combination

Other Thoughts:
tldr; All in all, a decent spot for nearby locals that know a little what they're doing but want practice. Complete newbies should be cautious.
Missed the park due to it's small sign. It's the same driveway as Musser's Excavation. From Route 322, the first tee will be on the right hand side driving in before the road branches off into the various parking lots, at 40.223955, -76.298215 (google maps).
The course is that typical tacked-on outer-perimeter layout, around-the-clock (counter-clockwise) closely following the park trail. This makes the holes pretty limited in variety. Lengths are typically 200-250, with a few lower 300s.
#1 has a column of 7 trees deep blocking the basket. On the right will be someone's backyard and house. Leftside has a decent amount of space to throw at but a parking lot alongside it.
Tee#2 will be at the very corner of the park, throwing at same parking lot, a basket downhill. Extremely wild shots to the right can be lost over the row of small/medium evergreens with wire fence fence, but I can see that happening as I used to chuck enough of those. It will be a bigger factor the next two holes.
#3 and #4 are similiar, straight, third slightly downhill and fourth slightly uphill. Tees and Baskets very close to tree/fence edge, room for error is pretty small, disc loss is very possible. A single locked gate has No Trespassing sign. This park neighbor undoubtedly has received at least several free discs to start playing. I practiced my underused forehand here.
#5 is around 320' iirc, much of it taken up by a 175' long water detention pond, with a basket slightly uphill. Judging by the numerous bent stalks on the pond plants, plenty of people had to wade in searching for their lost discs. Beginners should throw safety, left or right. Doubly so if it's wet.
#6, #7, #8 are near the back of the park, much more forgiving and pretty straightforward as well.
#9 is far from basket#8 with the tee being by the second entrance to the park at 40.222909, -76.296274. 230' iirc. Basket blocked by a row of trees on the right.
