Pros:
Clear signage
Mowed frequently
Convenient location
Layout encourages a variety of tee shots
Short 9 hole layout with a mixture of terrain is perfect for beginners, ideal practice for intermediate players.
Cons:
Due to the shorter holes, some expert players who enjoy throwing bombs off every tee will find this course lacking, especially holes 1-4. Consider playing when it's windy out if you want a tougher challenge, it makes a big difference here!
Course can get soggy, I recommend not playing until 24 hours after heavy rains have stopped.
Other Thoughts:
This course has gone through lots of improvements since the older reviews here.
One helpful sign to add would be reaching the hole 9 tee after the hole 8 basket. To get there, begin walking up the hill (hole 5 fairway) and take the second trail on the left through the trees.
