-- Decent/good stretch of holes in the middle of the course (4-11), all of which have some trees; holes 7-11 are completely in the woods. No. 4 is the only hole on the course that features trees, water and elevation. It's 295 feet somewhat downhill and across a small creek before going slightly uphill. The fairway is open, but there are trees in the neighborhood of the basket. Nine is probably my favorite hole: 157 feet slightly uphill throwing out of trees through a small opening and at an OB fence. Once you clear the trees, the basket is about 30-40 feet to the right at a 45-degree angle from the opening.

-- Tee pads. They are concrete but still a con. They are 5 x 7.5 feet, too short for any significant run up. They are also on top of the ground, so there is no realistic way to start behind the pad. In a few instances, I played beside the tee pad, but the majority of the tees had so much uneven ground around the tees that playing beside the tee was not feasible.
-- No map on site.
-- No restrooms or water.
-- Parking is on the street. Given that this is a private (HOA) course, that is to be expected.
-- Too many holes without a single tree: Nos. 1-3 and 13-15 and 17-18.
-- Spacing/navigation. Finding No. 1 is pretty easy: it's across the street from the Pickle Ball court (and before you reach the houses) after you turn onto Treasure Trail. Nos. 1-3 and 17-18 coming back are in that same part of the park. To get to 4, you have to cross the street. After you finish 4, you have to backtrack up the fairway (crossing the same bridge) to get to No. 5, which has no tee sign. After 6, you have to cross another road to a section of the park in the woods that houses holes 7-11. After 11, you come back across the street for No. 12.
-- Safety. A walking path is in play to various degrees on 12 holes. On No. 15, a RHBH throw basically follows the walking path. Six tee is tucked into trees short of the 5 basket. A short throw could endanger someone. Also, 6 throws right at a picnic pavilion (RHBH). After 11, you walk blind into the 7 fairway to reach 12. After 15, you have to walk through and partly up the 4 fairway to reach 16 tee (which is hidden by bushes about 50 feet in front of the 4 tee.
-- I never found a tee pad for No. 12. I think you are expected to tee from the sidewalk, but there is NOTHING to indicate that or give you a clue about where the tee is.

-- About half of the baskets are numbered, which helps some with navigation, but the numbers are small stick-on labels that you can't see from very far away. On 4, I threw to the 15 basket the first time. Only about half of the tee pads had signs, but I assume with this being a new course, the other tee signs are coming.
-- The parts of the park housing holes 4-15 are decent for disc golf and could accommodate a solid 9-hole course, but in cramming in 18 holes, land that is basically unsuitable for disc golf was included.
-- There was a small wasp nest on the post of basket 4.
-- The road leading to the HOA park (Osage Lane) is in bad shape. Between the potholes and places where the edge of the road as eroded, it's dangerous if a car is coming at you.

Brand new number baskets. Not very crowded. A few holes through the woods which are interesting.

This is a very inconsistent course. Most of the dirt teepads have numbered signs with no information other than hole number. The course is broken up into different parts of the park and you must Cross roads a couple times to find the next section. First three holes are wide open there was a little wind and they were terrible there are no trees it almost feels like practice holes there's no obstacles or nothing interesting at all. Then you cross over the street to play number four and you see two baskets. Strangely enough it's a short basket on the right you're aiming for. Then there's a little creek with no way to cross it's really deep but it's narrow enough where you can jump it in sections. Then there's a very strange AstroTurf tea pad on number 5 back across the creek and you have to double back across people throwing to jump the creek again. Number 6 is a short dog leg and then you cross the road. Number 7 through 11 are actually through some wooded areas and are the most interesting holes on the course. But five interesting holes does not make this worth the drive. He crossed back over the road and the next three holes have the astro turf tea pads again but are so short they actually have a sign that says no drivers because there's so many close houses and the holes are so short. Again zero trees but tiny elevation change. The next hole is over the last House's yard if you play from the numbered sign. 16 is very hard to find you cross over the creek and take an immediate right. Then you cross over the road for 17 and 18 and again play where there's elevation changes but there's zero obstacles it's just wide open and very boring.

They tried to shove 18 holes into different parts of this park and despite there being vast differences in lengths of every hole there's only a few worth playing. I don't think this is worth the giant drive if you live in the area would be fine.
