Pros:

Easy to get to with parking and lots of restaurants and motels around. Few ball golfers play this course. It should play par when you don't make mistakes. There are 3 holes that need to be birdie'd, 4 that will play par with rare birdies and 2 that can be eagle'd if you don't choose to play safe and avoid O.B
