Pros:
A fun/challenging course for the intermediate/advanced player. Plenty of holes to air out drives, not many short holes. Nice scenery on the front 9 along the creek. I'm local and most days I am the only one there, never seen more than 3 groups on the whole course. Quiet back 9 (away from walkway). Course is being maintained pretty well.
Cons:
This is a tough course for a beginner, even intermediate. A lot of foot traffic using the walkway, so be careful on several front 9 shots that someone isn't coming toward you. Off the fairway, weeds can get tall in summer, but it is bush hogged every couple of months. (Watch your disc!) Not much shade in summer, carry plenty of water! Great course for fall, winter, and spring. Holds water on a few holes on the back after a big rain, better off finding a path through the rough on holes 11 and 12. Holes 14, 16 & 17 are still a bit rough as in a lot of weeds/trees and not hard to lose a disc. 18 i recommend playing down the walkway to the right rather than the "fairway" which stays a bit grown up.
Other Thoughts:
This course is only months old, still needs signage put in, but it has come a long way and will continue to improve with the great volunteer work going on. Worth a trip if you live near Lewisburg. Bring a couple DX discs you don't mind losing, this course can eat them if you get too far off course/don't pay attention.
