Pros:
It has baskets, and tee markers. You can find the next hole easily.
Cons:
Short uninteresting holes.
No teepads.
If if's rained in the past week the ground will be mushy and footing poor. The land is a low lying bowl that holds water and makes it swampy.
The hole are all reachable without much challenge.
The baskets are old design Innova that don't catch well. I had numerous spit outs and pole bounces. You have to hit the chains low, and gently.
Other Thoughts:
It's not a destination course.
If you live in the area, are new to the sport and need a place
to learn to throw it'll do. But if you've played for a while it won't draw you back.
