Creative use of the space. Good variety of distances, a couple long ones, nothing too short. Yellow baskets with flags are easy to spot. Good sturdy tee signs with everything you need: hole number, par, distance and map.

Completely flat, but can't help that. No numbers on the baskets. Actually threw to the wrong basket on 4 of the 9 holes! I mentioned this to a local who's involved with the course so hopefully they'll add numbers. The little flags are nice but just show the hole's sponsor, no number. Maybe if I'd studied the maps on the tee signs more closely I would have been ok, but they also show alternate pin locations so still confusing on my first round.

Brand new course. The terrain is mostly open fields of grass with scattered clumps of tall bushes and trees that are used well, often requiring you to throw over and around them in the fairways to seek baskets hidden amongst them. When I was there the grass was long and dry but well trampled, I could tell a lot of clearing had recently been done. The course would be unplayable if the rodeo's in town, but it wasn't so I had the place to myself.
