Pros:

Easy to Find Hole 1
Fairways are mowed long grass
Signs at each pad guide you around

Cons:

Tall "rough" means you'll lose discs quick
Non-existent tee pads ( Marked with 4x4 and metal on ground)

Other Thoughts:

I've played worse courses. This course does have some challenging elevation changes and trees to guard some baskets.
