Pros:
21holes, Long drives, new large trees create even more obstacles, most tees have amateur and pro pad locations, pretty smooth flowing course with no pedestrian cross traffic located in a cool huge wilderness type walking trail park.

Cons:
Cement pads could be longer or even with ground, needs better signage or a map on-site for new players, and more shade around pads would help.
Some of the Amateur pads could be shorter to entice beginners to try playing and the enjoyment of birdies.

Other Thoughts:
Can get windy in the RGV at times which can make several holes pretty tough. Also little shade available so play in mornings or evenings for better enjoyment.
