Pros:
Three MachIII baskets in good condition sit around a mowed area with more than a beginner level mount of distance to each hole. There's even a concrete tee pad for Hole 1!
Street parking is plentiful for the amount of holes there are.
A nice bit of elevation drop off the first tee. It's a shame there's a swingset on the way to the pin.
Cons:
Let's start with the big one. There's a massive playground in between the tee and basket of Hole 1. The basket sits just 10 feet past the mulched area, the swings are about 30 feet from that, and there's a decent-sized play structure in the forehand line. The golf cart parking area (remember, ball golf community) is in the layup zone if you play the mulch as OB.
There are no defined tee areas for 2 and 3. I teed from a dead tree stump on 2 then came back up the sidewalk and found a strip mowed to a manhole that I used as the tee of 3.
Hole 2 is flat and wide open. Not much going for it except you can ace run into the hillside the basket sits on.
Other Thoughts:
It seems like this was planned to be a more full course that was given up on after the first 3. I can't give a 0.0 as they do still mow the fairways which would be very easy to just ignore, but your time will be far better spent playing English Landing than going out of your way to play the playgrou- I mean course.
