Pros:

Uncrowded
Many holes require you to shape your shots or throw a wide variety of discs
Shade on most holds
Good variety of pin placements
Some long pin placements are challenging, and there are few straightforward boring holes
Tee signs are good (except a few distances are mislabeled)
Grippy concrete tee pads
The 2015 map available online is decent, and will be necessary if you haven't played here before.

Cons:

May have to play around some picnickers
10' concrete tee pads are still a little short for my liking, especially when they angle away from basket

Other Thoughts:

This will make a great course for the 2016 Masters championship. On about half the holes there is a basket location that will challenge pars, and there are only a couple of easy birdies (for an Intermediate player). I'd guess par on this course with long pin placements would rate out at 940, higher if its is windy. Those with a long drive will be rewarded on a few holes. Overall a nice mix of moderately technical and long holes that makes very good use of the landscape. Well designed course.
