Pros:

1.open clear shots on most holes,
2.brand new baskets
3. aces are possible on several holes that seem to be less than 200 feet.

Cons:

1. no tee pads
2. very open course, (no wind blockage)
3. no markers for yardage,
4, construction and very loose ground on tee pads from 7 to 10.
5.confusing layout (spent a lot of time searching for tee pad stakes and flags)

Other Thoughts:

This course is a work in progress, so I assume they will put teepads and signage in soon,
hole 1: short straight shot, basket by berm that has water on left.
hole 2: probably a 250' straight shot along a berm guarded by pines on both sides.
hole 3: fence OB guarding right fairway, basket guarded by pines on berm. probably 300'.
hole 4: basket out in open field, long throw, possibly 450'.(I think this is the longest hole ).
hole 5: short drive, basket tucked into a group of pines,
hole 6: tee box in field, drive over a area of small trees and tall grass, basket tucked into a clearing (island) by the woods.
hole 7:( New area) tunnel shot , about 250', tunnel is newly cut and very difficult, looks like a mando will be put in place through these woods. will be a great tunnel shot in the future,
hole 8: a short straight shot along a ditch/hedgerow on the right,(very loose ground from construction vehicles).
hole 9: a open, very boring hole, possible 300,'
hole 10: throw through a small row of trees, basket on the left, another 250-300' maybe.
hole 11: another basket out in the middle of an open field. 250' maybe,
Hole 12: open, straight shot by the restrooms toward the playground, 200-250?
hole13: this one goes from the sidewalk over the ditch and back towards the basket by the restrooms, nothing spectacular so far!
hole 14: short hole going back towards the parking lot, old hole 8 , throw from sidewalk toward basket up on berm, protected by pines.
hole 15: very short possible 175' straight shot. .ace or defiantly birdie hole
hole 16: another short throw, but basket is on the edge of berm that goes into the pond,
hole 17: blue tee (long) has you throwing across pond, red tee marker is on the other side of pond. this is at the narrow end of pond, probably a 100' shot, not really a problem if you can throw straight, basket is on the far left on the other side of pond,
hole 18: runs right along the other side of pond (new area), pond is on the left. short run, but tight.
