Short Pin: The short pin is generally the primary position OB is within the circle. The green is extremely slanted anything that hits edge will roll down the hill. A safe play here is to have your drive land near the culvert and then attempt a sharp up hill put.
Long pin: This plays 50 - 75 feet longer than it looks as it is gradually up hill. Normal play is a crush of a drive, followed by a short controlled upshot. OB Road is in play on the upshot, if your at all concerned about it have your drive finish further right to maximize your angle to the green.
