Pros:
- Easy to navigate
- Excellent brand new baskets
- Will probably get the course to yourself
- Can get a round in on a lunch break if you're quick
- Small trees planted will be nice obstacles by the time we're dead

Cons:
- WIDE open holes
- A few fairways too close to the road
- Dug out tee pads, needs carpet or flymats at the very least
- Nothing challenges shots other than wind
- Plays through a soccer field

Other Thoughts:
Just a really blah course. Nothing exciting here, we've all played these types of courses before - tee pad to basket, very little obstacles, and quite boring. Skip this place unless you really need to tick it off the course bagging list. There are better courses in the area.
