- Plenty of parking spaces available.
- Nice area to warm up right next to the parking lot.
- Rotating pin positions (mostly seasonal)
- Very challenging course. Demands a lot of different shots.
- Elevation use is great!
- Almost every hole is reachable, but you need to be on your game.

- Some long walks between holes.
- Some intersection between fairways and paths between holes.
- Multi-Use. Gotta keep an eye out for people walking through the course.

One of the best courses in the Green Bay area! Challenges every aspect of your game but can be scoreable if you are playing well. Highly recommend checking this one out!

- Hilly terrain is the name of the game at Pamperin Park DGC. Cross over the Bridge to find #1's tee to the right. Nice large concrete launching pads await at each hole's tee. Good signage and fine baskets. The flow is a little cramped in a few spots but otherwise makes sense and gets the most out of the available land.
- And ho boy does that land offer a lot of ups and downs, with fast greens, punishing roughs, narrow windows to hit, uphill challenges, and even water. Don't be fooled by the listed distances. Some places (e.g., hole #'s 12 & 15) have longer pins as well to up the challenge factor. Hole #15's longer pin looks to create an island green with Drop Zone marked at the edge of the wooden fencing that denotes the island's perimeter. But mostly it's the uphill and heavily wooded nature of several holes that adds to perceived distances.
- The elevation here is *mwwahh* just tasty. The course works its way back and forth and up and down from forested to open and sloped to flat ground. Variety and balance is above average.
- Water to both sides of 11 make it sort of a peninsula shot. 15's long basket has water behind as well.
- Many holes are birdies...provide you hit your window off the tee. Punishment is fair. Schule is minimal but the designers did a great job of providing windows to hit. Miss the given window and you could be in a tough position to recover due to a poor angle. Hole #'s 5, 7 & 8 all offer this sort of uphill, punch it through the gap or else, style.

- A few kinda long walks between hole #'s 11-12, and 15-16. Also, hole #18 is kinda tucked away at the end a bit hidden, walk past 8's basket back into the woods.
- Not a con for me personally, but this course is a bit of a hike and may not be exactly cart friendly, if that's your thang.
- A few scraps of metal junk buried in the fairway on I think it was hole # 11. Barbed wire to the left off #12's fairway.

- A lot of work has gone in here, with recent mulching making the course look and play really well. Pamperin is a really fun, really challenging, really cool course. Lots of fast greens, beautiful vistas, and a good workout.
- I highly recommend you stop by and add Pamperin to your played list, official Juke Seal of Approval. TM

This place is truly a gem. It's not a gold level monster of a course but Pamperin can beat you up similarly and leave you thirsty for more. Elevation and tight lines. Nothing repetitive going on here. You don't need big distance to score you need to commit to tight lines, scramble well and make your putts when you can.

A few unique holes out here.

Hole 4 with it's tight shot down a heavily wooded valley. A two feels better then ace on this hole.

Hole 6 I always say is the hardest 175 foot hole you'll ever play. A slight left to right shot on the crest of a hill with the basket placed on the hillside with 75 ft of elevation drop behind. Easy to over throw and find yourself almost further away than the tee shot.

Hole 8 is the controversial hole(I feel every course needs one). It throws out a tight hallway down into a field with the basket placed far to the left. From the tee it seems like the angle wouldn't work to get a disc close to the basket. If you don't get out the window a 4 is almost certain. Most shots that make it out leave you a long birdie chance. The Hole can be parked with a pure shot.

Hole 9 plays the longest. Throwing from out in the open back into the woods up a hill. 60 foot elevation change. If you can throw 400 plus the opportunity for the rare two is attainable but if you miss your line a little and find yourself off the fairway a 4 or more is almost certain. 9 is one of those holes that is a par 3 but plays as a par 4.

11 and 16 have an OB quarry that gets in your head on the tee shot. Fun fact, I'm told that limestone from this quarry was used to build the Milwaukee courthouse.

To enter the course you have to walk across an old suspension bridge over Duck Creek. A wonderful way to begin your round and certainly an added bonus.

The park itself has some rich history. It's old. If you ever are interested just Google search the park.

Busy park. A few of the holes are playing along side a walking trail that can be busy. You often find Wedding parties and prom parties out taking pictures. It's not a problem for me but it can frustrate some.

Park closes at dusk and they shut the entrance when they do so they will kick you out. There's a back parking area many locals choose to park at when playing evening rounds.

Course is small. Not necessarily bad and I believe Simon (designer) did a phenomenal job using the space he could. But he had to use every inch. When he first told me about putting 18 individual holes here I didn't believe the space was there. I was wrong.

A few locals are continuing to pour love here and it continues to show. We added new basket placements and baskets on 12 and 15 recently so those holes have two basket options to play to. We have plans for more.

Pamperin isn't a destination course but if you're close by it's a must play.

I have played most of the higher rated courses in Wisconsin and I put Pamperin in my top 10. Can't say it enough "Pamperin is just fun!"

Green Bay finally has a very good Disc Golf Course

Pamperin Dgc plays at one of those Places, where you'd daydream the possible DG... and now it's there!

Maybe the Best 'Flat' Starting Hole around?!?!
Throws along an open Fairway with the Woodline on the Left, and gradually bottlenecking with the Woodsy Creek on the Right... to a Picturesque Green with the Basket near Duck Creek

Pamperin Dgc then takes you up into the Wooded Ridge for some Very challenging Birdie opportunities It's more like a Ribby Ridge than a Rolling one, so besides the Greens on 1 & 8, there's Steep Roll Risc around every other Basket thru 9s

For playing Up and Down the Ridge numerous times, the DG isn't Repetitive, thanks to the Excellent Design

8 9 n 10 are Exceptional Holes;
playing Half Wooded/Open or Open/Wooded, utilizing the Woods & Ridge to great effect, making things a thorough Challenge

11 & 16 also play Half and Half, but Water is in Play instead of the Ridge. Most Water Hazard Danger here, as 11 plays between the Creek and Pond & 16 has open Pond all along a moderately Wooded Fairway... 15 Basket also has the Pond to the Right

After Hiking the Trail to 12 and playing that interesting Hobo Hangout Hole, one might think Ridge Holes are all done... then... another Ridge!
Hole 13 throws up and over a Rib, down to a Tricky Green. 14 throws from the Ribs Top, down thru a Double Mando to a Basket begging for Aces

18s an Aesthetically Pleasing finishing hole, with the Basket under an Oldgrowth Arching Tree

No 'Top of the World' shot, but 4 and 14 are pretty fun wooded downridge Aceruns

Concrete Tees installed, one per Hole. Newer Mach3s. TeeSigns are Nice; giving a Diagram, Length, AND Elevation Difference (which is great for a Dgc with this much up and down)

Public Park and Walking Trail doesn't allow for throwing Discs over the Creek and Pond (Safari Tee between 15s Basket n 16s Tee to throw over the Pond at 16s Basket )

Steep Ridges can have Slick Spots after Rain, but is more Sandy than Muddy up there. Careful around Ribs on 2 thru 10

Someone said 2 & 3 and 8 & 10 are the same as each other, but not actually, but indeed similar

17 is Aesthetically Unpleasant filler hole, with a Walking Trail and 9s Tee on the Left side of the Fairway. This is also the other Water Hazard Hole, with Duck Creek along the Right side of the Fairway

12 has a couple fairway 'Ditches' that can retain water, and the Tee area tends to be Muddy due to the Pond and Tree Canopy

Park Gates close at Dusk, so it's not a good spot for afterwork Rounds. (Pinecrest is great for Twilight and or Glo Dg)

I played Pamperins old 9er numerous times, and the conversation would always inevitably direct to, how awesome it'd be to have an 18er here... Yep, it is indeed Awesome

The updtes to this course have made it much better. It is now groomed and easy to follow. I went from never wanting to come back, to now looking forplaying here once in awhile.

Still a little rough around the edges and needs some TLC. Especially on those holes round the pond.

I like the new design at Pamperin Park. Majority of holes have a technical tee shot that requires shaping the shot. Good mix of birdie holes and longer birdie/bogey. Risk/Reward is definitely in play. Great use of the elevation changes in the park. I would rate it higher if it had some longer, par 4 holes or wide open holes, but there were plenty of long/uphill/tight holes that made it very enjoyable to play. Since it was so new, I was expecting the fairways to be less defined, but they were great. Some holes had "tight lines" but they are achievable with the right shot.

The tee signs and directional signs still need to be put in, but they are working on that.

Another thought I had was this wasn't a pitch and putt and it wasn't a driver focused course. You need both. The player that is driving well still needs to putt well to score on this course. Scrambling is also a high priority because you will be off the fairway at some point.
