Clean and short 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 25, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

+ Clean, maintained park with great course equipment. You've got two sets of concrete tees per hole, quality baskets, a course map at the beginning of the course, and tee signs that display the distance.

+ This course is great for beginners, but advanced players will be trying to 2 every hole.

+ This course spreads over the entire park, so it doesn't feel forced or dense. Even though it does cover the entire course, there's not too much of a risk of throwing a disc accidentally into an area where children may be.

Cons:

- I think there's a mismatch between what the tee signs say and where the tees are actually located?

- Not highly challenging.

Other Thoughts:

I don't think there's much else to add... It's a pretty typical city park course.

Work on your short game. 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 12, 2018 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Well designed course for the space available with excellent mix of right and left and straight holes. Definitely on the short side, but this can strengthen your short game as it has mine and is a perfect course to introduce beginners or children. Mach V baskets catch everything. Lots of out of bounds to challenge on a windy day, and its often windy. Not busy, no waiting.

Cons:

Short, sometimes sloping tee pads. Not particularly challenging.

Other Thoughts:

Short, well-groomed course. You'll have to try to lose a disc here. Give it a look when in the area and you'll have a fun round. Deuce or die if playing a tournament here. Best shot doubles a new record of -17 was set recently. Singles course record is -13.

Father/Daughter Disc Golf Outing 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 31, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

I found this course to be very enjoyable. Easy to find location. This park has a pool with a snack bar, multiple playground areas, picnic shelter with grills, and recycling! The course makes good use of the terrain and trees to make 9 solid holes of golf.
Hole #1 A downhill throw with a line of trees on the right.
#2 Similar to hole 1
#3 Uphill throw towards pool with no obstacles
#4 Cross over the road, to the right of the picnic shelter. This hole is mostly level with a few trees near the basket and one tree directly over the basket.
#5 A blind throw downhill with trees on the right just in front of the bathrooms.
#6 A bit downhill toward a street, the basket is just to the right and behind a tree. Definitely Ace able.
#7 Long right handed throw towards the playground equipment.
#8 Nice long open throw downhill beyond a bench guarded by trees on either side of the basket.
#9 The park slopes down then up to a group of trees that guard this basket.

Other Thoughts:

Park in the pool parking lot and head to the right of the snack bar and tennis court. There is a practice basket and hole #1 lies beyond that. There are map signs with footage for each hole. Each hole has a concrete tee pad.
I took my daughter here and she loved it!
I would definitely stop by and play again.

Nice small course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 16, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Nice family friendly course with lots for people to do. Also a good variety of hole lengths for new players to enjoy, yet it is still a difficult enough course to challenge rhbh players with some new angles to play.

Cons:

Right now only 9 holes and short concrete tee pads
