I find the left fairway easier to hit and get to the dogleg in 2, but personally hate the down hill approach for the 3rd shot and now play the right fairway. From the short tees, forget the driver and throw either a turnover mid or RHFH mid to the mouth of the right gap. All you need on a 2nd shot is ~125' straight with a putter, staying in the fairway at all cost, then you can throw a putter or slow mid on a light hyzer for your third... and hopefully not roll down the ravine... to birdie.
