Pros:
Cart Friendly. Plays down a little used gravel walking path with the tees and baskets just off the path.
Services an area with no other public courses.

Mostly uninteresting hole designs with few obstacles in play.
Short and Not much variation in hole length.
Does not loop, plays out then dead ends. (we played safari back and it was more enjoyable than the official layout.
Tee boxes were made without consideration for a run-up.
Tee boxes were 5' from baskets. Unsafe.

Other Thoughts:
Don't go out of your way to play this, if you do play it, bring a discs you can stand to lose in tall grass.
Could be much better with very little effort.
Was not mowed and we spent some time looking for our discs, I'm skeptical the area will ever be mowed.
