Horrible 2+ years drive by

Pros:

shallow pond in case of a water hazard
grass cut
nothing special

Cons:

Coarse not mapped out
bad tee boxes
building in the way
next to a parking lot
missing hole nine
play ground in the way

Other Thoughts:

Never playing on again
could be much better if .... nevermind
