So So Course in MN 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 1, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

- Multiple Tees
- Nice Innova Baskets
- Theres a bunch of water that comes into play so it takes a slightly easy shot and makes it a lot harder.
- Has a lot of fun technical shots that make this shourt course at least fun to play.
- Tee Signs are pretty nice and show you where to tee from since there are no tee pads.
- A good use of the elevation that is on the course. There isnt much but the little bit that there is, is used well.

Cons:

- Natural Tees. Everything from grass to dirt to loose gravel. Its all pretty bad.
- Most of the holes the flow from hole to hole isnt bad but there are a few out there that are bad and leave you wondering what they were thinking when designing it.
- Not a lot of distance on the course, I think I used a driver on only 1 of the holes out there so if you are looking for a long course, this isnt it.
- Plays directly next to a paved walking path for a lot of the course so you have tto be on the look out for pedestrians the whole time.
- Some of the holes out there need a bit of work or a tee moved. The shots just were not natural and some of them just felt like the designer was like "we have a cool tee and and cool pin location, yea that should be good enough, dont worry about the stuff in the middle".
- If I did not play the course with my brother when I went I would have been lost on where to go for a few of the holes.

Other Thoughts:

Overall it was a half way decent course to play and it was the only 18 hole close in the area that I have not played so I stopped by. I would suggest going to a different course if you only have one course to play and are just driving by but if you are in the area it is at least worth a play.
