Pros:
- Reeths Puffer (say that five times fast) High School has a nine-hole disc golf course!
- Hole #'s 1-3 play through a wooded section. Short, manageable holes are largely spoiled by overgrown fairways, roughs, and pathways.
- Hole #4 plays through a "prairie" area...we're talking totally unkept, gone to prairie, knee-high grass and weeds.
- Hole #'s 5 & 6 are the same dealio: punch it through a way overgrown gap out of the forest and out into the prairie.
- Hole #'s 7-9 work their ways back through the same crapola but manage to piece together a couple of reasonably presented holes (in that they weren't totally overgrown).
Cons:
- Overgrown, unkept, nearly to the point of unplayability.
- Rutted natural tees.
- Rudimentary signage only detracts because they placed the posts right where a RHBH player would follow through, making it a real hand-smacking risk.
- Otherwise also short and kinda boring.
Other Thoughts:
- I dunno, it's not summer break anymore, so that's out as an excuse for not maintaining the course. Lazy and a bad look. If you're going to commit to putting in a course, at least mow it. Otherwise it'd be better served pulling and donating the baskets to a local club.
- The prairie was kinda pretty, just not fun to play through.
- Closed during school hours.
