Needs some work 2+ years

Pros:

Not a pitch-n-putt 9 hole course. Several solid holes challenging beginners but not gimme birds for intermediate players. Really good practice course.
Fairways are well maintained, baskets are in good shape with the next tee arrows in the bottom. Good signage (except Hole 8).

Cons:

Tee Boxes need work. Almost all wood chips are gone, some extremely uneven footing eliminating an x-step, much less a run-up, on some holes.
No trash receptacles, benches or bag rests.
Hole #4 has lots of stumps and toe stoppers around the Tee Box. Missing sign at Hole #8.
Holes 1 and 2 are completely separated from the rest of the course.

Other Thoughts:

Despite its lack of trash receptacles, the course is fairly clean.
A few bags of paver base to level out the tee boxes would help, bricks or pavers would be a great upgrade.
Currently, it's easiest to park along Ring Road in front of the windmill to access Hole 3 tee box and end on Hole 9. A renumbering along with a few additional holes would tie the current holes 1 and 2 to the rest of the course.
