Its 5 holes 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 24, 2022 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

+ Mach 2's for the baskets I believe. They aren't the best but they are better than homemade.

+ Super easy to find and navigate. The parking lot is big and the first hole is right next to the parking lot.

+ The holes are wide open and not too far, it makes for a great course to bring newer players to.

Cons:

- Rubber teepads. They are two pieces of rubber placed together. They aren't great, but rubber usually isn't.

- The walk from 3 to 4 has you cut thru the baseball diamond. I haven't had this be an issue but if there is a game going on then you wont be able to walk thru the field.

Other Thoughts:

This course isn't the best but I don't think that its meant to be. This is just another community course in a small park. Its a great course for beginners or for a nice time out with the kids. Don't expect much out of this course, but it is another course.

2-disc practice course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 5, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

Well maintained multi-use park in a quiet neighborhood. The grass was mowed well and baskets and pads are in great (new) condition. Teesigns are nice and have all the needed information (and then some).

The course plays in a logical progression around a couple of baseball fields. Course play does not seem to interfere with any other activity or walking path.

Great place to take new players to introduce them to disc golf, especially if it's during a time when the baseball fields are not in use.

Cons:

Mach II baskets aren't really course quality, but probably fit the budget for the park. Most of my putts caught on the back-side of the chains.

To get from hole 3 to hole 4, the best path is through the outfield of a baseball field. If they could clear a path along the outside of the fence, it may work better when the parks are in-use.

Other Thoughts:

I wouldn't be disappointed to have this in my neighborhood. It's a good beginner park or practice course for midrange and putter driving. I'd probably have given this a 1.5, but the park is kept in immaculate condition. It was nice to spin this one and check it off the list and not be afraid of any hinky paths or anything like that!
