Pros:
The course is an attractive course in a well maintained park. The course is new so tee pads and baskets are in good condition. While there are no individual hole signs, each pin placement has an arrow pointing to the next hole and course navigation is fairly easy. There is a map at the entry to the park to give you an overview.
The fairways are generally open with some tall grasses and water hazards that can be problematic if you go off track (I lost one disc today, but deserved it as the throw was quite errant). There is lots of room here and in our second round we made up alternate tee pads that added challenge.
Cons:
The tee pads are not regulation size and many people may find them too small. That said, if you're playing the recreational course, you shouldn't need much more than a step or two in your run up--the course is quite short (all holes under 300 feet).
Other Thoughts:
This is a nice little starter course for players in Chilliwack. There is space on almost every hole for extended tee pads or pin placements as the player base grows, but it will be a good course to learn on. I wouldn't call is a destination course, but it's only 5 minutes off the highway, so easy to swing by for a quick round.
