Pros:
The nice thing that can be said about this 4-6 hole object course adjacent to an elementary school is that someone took the time to give it an economical try. Originally installed with 4"x4" posts adorned with chains hanging down the top three feet and with four block pavers painted with hole distance, direction, and 'par', the course represented a fair challenge for the kids and beginners it was intended to serve. And they were obviously able to do it for less than the cost of one quality basket. So kudos for having a course.
Cons:
The lack of distance (six holes at less than 1000 feet in total) means putter ace runs only for any competitive player. The lack of baskets means those players will best be throwing for an easy 'tap in' and will be taking a two on nearly every hole. There's no elevation, and the few trees really don't force much in the way of creative line shaping...it just boils down to gauging distance for upshot practice for most disc golfers. And the park area really isn't big enough to safely 'safari' for any longer shots.
The tees have become overgrown, so that only half of them can be found or read. Two of the posts (holes 2 & 4) have gone missing, so for flow, you'll most likely just be going old school and throwing to a tree as a target near the next tee you can find. You will want to take the map here for first time play to even find the few tees that are evident, because there isn't any above ground way to spot them.
