Pros:

Interesting layout.
Good flow.
Fun throws.
Water threat: risk reward.

Cons:

A long drive from anywhere.
Needs tee pads of some sort.
I would like a paper map.

Other Thoughts:

As everyone has noted, improvements are simple.
it sure is windy.
