Local shoe store told me KEEN was going to discontinue the Delaveaga line. I called KEEN, and they confirmed.

Did they say why? I am trying a pair of Keen Zions I got from a zulilly deal to see if they are comfortable enough to pay full price for some DeLa's. I guess I won't get the chance now. Too bad, I like the Zions so far.

Well the last thread I read about these shoes was full of people claiming they fell apart after just a few months, so this doesn't surprise me.

Lack of retailer interest is what I gathered. Hope the quality is there. I just paid $140 for mine. They sponsored our recent tourney, so I wanted to support our sponsors in return.

Hmm, realizing that marketing specifically to disc golfers is not particularly profitable?

And people wonder why the big name sponsors haven't jumped on board...

I love my Keen Zions. Great shoe.

above, I love my Keen Zions.

This is what the problem is. Where the sole attaches to the shoe on the inside right foot is the problem. As people make a cross step motion, it rips apart in a matter of months.

Patagonia is where it's at

I ordered a pair of slip-ons to wear while walking my dog around the apartment complex. I love them. May have to try their actual shoes.

I've been wearing their Capilene underlayer gear for skiing and disc golf and would never pay for UnderArmor. My last pair lasted 15 years before they wore out.

I have Milo II's and I love the fit/feel but they just aren't holding up the way you would expect a decently expensive shoe would.

I'm wearing the Tsali 2.0 now and before I had the Tsali 1.0.

If you pivot hard on your heel the bottom will eventually seperate. The one I'm wearing now has just started to seperate and I've been wearing it probably half a year; but i wear these shoes all the time. I just took some superglue and glued it back together and it's fine.

I had my Tsali 1.0s for over a year and while they've worn the front right toe where I drag I still wear them every now and then. They held up better than most shoes I've ever had. Even ones designed for more stress.

Extremely comfortable shoes and super light weight. Lots of heel support and theyre mostly mesh so it's very breathable. Not waterproof if that's your gig.

They paid out the ass for warranties. It was not worth their money to continue selling them. You just can't slap an awesome warranty on a shoe that repeatedly is abused on a teepad.
