If that is supposed to be a seat, I wouldn't be too impressed with that part since you can already lean a Ranger back a little and sit on your discs. Pretty much the same effect....the squatty potty

LoL

Looks like a salient spark but with smaller side pockets and added disc organizer. If similar priced im interested..

It does look pretty funny and "inviting" to sit on. Where's the tp dispenser though? Or is that the caddy's job?

Just listened to the last DGAM podcast as suggested to hear about the new bags. McCabe said that they are releaseing two new styles of backpack bags for the lower price range demographic. The one that I posted is called The Commander and will be $120 and have two drink holders among other things (cup holders was just what he mentioned). The second backpack bag that will be released is called the Sniper if I remember correctly and it will be cheaper than the Commander. Both still in prototype phase.

Weren't those already the names of their shoulder bags or am I way off?

Since DD works with Ogio, I have a feeling these are going to be of very good quality. If the price is low, these could sell big time to the "casual but still play a lot" market.

Yes they were the names already but they said they loved the names so much and the original bags are completely discontinued so they are re-using the names. Both bags will be made OGIO.

i hate this style of backpack. Its not really a backpack, its just a traditional bag design with some sidewalls and a back panel. I don't get it.

It works when done right, look at the golf mahal.

I need to see more functional pictures on this before i have a real opinion. But for $100 dollar price range, not bad.

Guessing some people like top loading over front loading, yet still want the better backpack ergonomics.

This exactly. I love top loading backpacks. A Mahal with a 3 putter pocket up high is my dream bag. Front loaders are a pain in the ass.

I know this one isn't it, but I can dream.
