You've got to be kidding me. From what the TD says, it's clear he didn't want to disqualify her, but he had to, per the rules. Such a shame.
A shame that the rules have to be followed at one of the biggest events on the PDGA calendar?
Or a shame that the TD was put in that uncomfortable position by a highly respected player who should know better?
A shame that Val was disqualified. I have absolutely no problem with the rules being applied to every player, doesn't matter who you are. And yes, that must have been tough for the TD. I guess we'll have to find out more details before jumping to conclusions about what happened.
