Congrats to Dickerson. He struggled a bit today, which made it close, but he was able to hold it together when he wasn't playing his best, and finish strong. That's what being a competitor is all about.

He basically won the event during the first three rounds, and played well enough today to fend off a very hot Heimburg. I feel for Calvin, but I hope Chris enjoys this. He's been in the thick of it pretty much the entire season.

About the only surprise (at least for me) was, I expected Hailey King was gonna finish higher (still finished top 10). As good as she and Heather are, I have a feeling both of them have lot more to show us.

Chris was amazing, congrats to him! But what the hell has the PDGA done that a guy who plays in a tough 4 day event and takes home the w in a potentially life altering MAJOR, can't even raise his arms with excitement when he won? I was so looking forward to the emotional release, the huge smiles, maybe a nice fist bump to the camera for the fans, etc, etc. What did we get? A mild deep breath and a walk off. Turned it off at the point, bring on the next event.

I assume he watched our Wrap up show. Everyday we came in on hole 17 or so and had interviews and checked in on the golf. We showed their broadcast for a bit. He probably caught the end of the broadcast on there.

He missed his first throw to the island, put his 2nd try just outside the circle
Then he hit the top part of the cage on his putt,super close to going in but instead the disc slowly rolled in the water.
He had to re putt from his lie, missed again.
