Pros:

Wooded holes, target golf nice to practice mid rage shots, nice hole locations close pond and creek edge, several holes water will come into play. 9th hole nice shot straight across the pond about 250'

Cons:

Tees are not well makered
Flood plain, not playable in winter or spring
Mosquito's are pretty thick most of the season
