Pioneer Park Disc Golf Course
Great course for beginners or for advanced players to work on hitting their lines.
Still cleaning up some of the fairways and opening up a few more lines on certain holes.
Course is being cleaned up and improved daily.
I have a Zuca cart and love it! My only complaint is the putter pouch. With only 2 putters in it, they are VERY difficult to get in and out of the putter pouch.
While watching Worlds, I noticed Wysocki's Delta cart had a putter pouch that held 5-6 putters very easily. I've tried searching the...
I don't know about anyone else, but I get tired of hearing and reading about the ratings. Having said that, I just had to post my feelings on this issue I encountered after the latest ratings update.
My friend and I recently played in a charity event, "Support the Troops". This was the only...
Thanks, looks like I will be using my bag on 2 of the 3 courses. Bummer, wish they hadn't changed my pool, I was looking forward to playing the other 3 courses originally scheduled for...
Getting ready for the Ledgestone next month. I will be playing McNaughton, Westwood and Wildlife Prairie courses. Are all of these courses cart friendly? From looking at pictures and what little video of them I could find from previous years, it looks like McNaughton IS cart friendly and that...

Good Start
Lots of great holes on this course. A little something for everyone. I loved the elevation changes and loads of mature trees. I loved the Predator baskets, they catch just about everything and you feel very confident putting on them. The course was in very good shape considering it is...
Which to me, isn't terribly fair to those folks who are perpetually in the middle.
We are pretty lucky in the fact that most of the time we do have an even number of players. On the weeks when we do have an odd number, there is enough player improvement, new players, players falling that the...
No, it is not in the App store. This is an App that my Assistant TD created just for us. On some point in the future he may make it available to all. I will post it if he does. And by the way, it IS incredibly fair and everyone loves it, especially me as the TD. Makes my job much easier and very...
We used to use the cards to pair people up. It is very simple, and quick. However, it is totally random and therefore, often the top two players get paired together and just blow everyone else away. While this may be fun for the two top players, newbies and lesser players get very discouraged...
Long Fingers
I think you definitely have to make adjustments and do what works best for you. I am 6'4", wear size 14 shoe and have long legs and fingers. I can watch the greatest pro's grip, cross-step, release, etc. but I will never be able to duplicate it the exact way they do because of my...
In A Perfect Disc Golf World...
As a TD who has run several sanctioned and non-sanctioned events over the last 3 years, I can only speak from my perspective. I would LOVE it if an event could be run with online pre-registrations! Unfortunately, in my experience, disc golfers, for whatever...
