Analyze my throw!

Hello, fellow forum peeps. I decided to film myself throwing some backhand/forehand throws. I just wanted some advice as to how to improve.

I apologize in advance for the portrait view filming. If anyone has suggestions on how I can better film myself for posting, that would be great.

P.S. I'm throwing Classic Blend Judges

Film from the back and from the side. From the front is weird and throwing at your camera/phone is crazy. Are you throwing like 40% power there? Get some normal throws in the field or on a tee pad at a course.

Initial thoughts: you are falling over your plant foot instead of bracing effectively against the instep. Check out the heavy disc blog if you haven't yet. Lots of bracing talk over there.
 
Yeah, worst angle to film. BH looks like you are opening up as you plant, instead of closing into the plant/stance.

FH your grip looks way too loose and not turned your shoulders back much.
