The Polaris LS is an excellent disc with which to learn. I usually don't mention it because ironically, they're normally more difficult to find.
It's quite easy to flip a putter using OAT. Using only speed it's really difficult to flip a Challenger. I've thrown my Wizard 350' (one time, freak throw), but it didn't turn over at all and it's pretty similar to a Challenger.
