A really important question: How does it feel on the back? For me it looks like it's a bit square and uncomfortable..

It is very comfortable but it is a little square because it has to be sturdy for the seat. I put thin piece of plexiglass inside the back so you don't feel the pvc but it has 19/32" foam on it so it's soft on the back. But overall, a very comfortable bag.

That's quite impressive. I love the idea of making a bag specifically for my needs/desires. But I think I lack a significant amount of skill to make that happen. Kudos!

Have you thought about making a bag that can use the Innova U-Channel or some other sort of internal frame instead of using PVC. FYI, your bag is awesome. I wish I could make something like that.
