I, Larry Clifford Kirk, happily introduced the city of Cluj to disc golf the 3 months I was in Cluj in July, August, September of 2016 during that time period. I even got to visit with Mayor Boc and exchange Bussiness cards. My disc golf basket was also left behind along with some disc.
