Form Critique needed slo mo video included

The good is that you look athletic and smooth throwing some nice air bounces. The bad is that you swing over the top, off plane, early, and your not transferring your weight correctly/bracing the spine against the front leg. Classic strong arming stuff. The ugly is that hat, boo! You reach back way too early, and by the time your front foot plants you have already opened and dragged the disc forward losing acceleration. You need to turn further back at the plant and transfer your weight before swinging.
