I've worked in radio for 21 years and I know Ian on these board also works in radio.
Most interviewers just need a small bit of information. My guess is the festival people asked for the prep, not the station. A radio professional will do their own bit of research for a guest and most find it insulting to be brought a list of questions.
Best bet to is make all your answers conversational in nature...versus reading a written down response for questions you think they might ask.
Also remember...if someone has asked you to sit on a panel, interview on the radio or local TV, it is because they regard you as an expert. No reason to be nervous.
