the VIP northman i had was so flippy it was unusable..

this is probably the wrong thread for this discussion
but more so than a River?

they have virtually the same tech specs but the Northman has a bigger wing so less inside dome so slightly less glide

maybe i had a freak one.. but mine flew like you were throwing a beat to **** roadrunner thrown in a 30 mph headwind.

I love this part about Tournament and GL

"An advanced version of VIP-plastic that contains technical polymers"

As opposed to the non-technical polymers? A majority, if not all, plastics are polymers...:p I'm not a materials guy, so I don't know the down and dirties, but when you try to WOW people with "technical" info and jargon...using THE WORD "technical" doesn't count. :hfive:

i usually assume that they mean 'engineering grade' when they say technical or high-tech. still doesn't mean much to many people.

YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND!!!! ITS A CHAMELEON XXX! 169g. SICKEST DISC I HAVE EVER SEEN(besides a chameleon Vision). if you look in the pictures, this disc has the colorshift flakes, but also has the chameleon colorshift colors and characteristics. This disc also has a zipppertop. if you run your finger or fingernail over it, its like an old vinyl record. you can see it in the pictures also.
There are a few pics below and a link to more under the pictures! TAKE A LOOK AT THEM!!!
(sorry, they are all cell phone pictures and not of the best quality)

Nice find Tyler! That thing is sweet. I wanted a chameleon core, but didn't want to pay the hefty price.

Got one
They are a blend of black and gold gl
Glopto/semi-translucent
Not chameleon, not shift

In his defense, some weird ass colors resulted from that black/gold blend and there were some gold pigment flakes and weird colors in some of them

This one was more gold-green than black
