I wonder why no one on here is talking about Manuel Fernandez's skip ace with an Ape on a 284' hole at Pro Worlds. See, you're not the only one that throws speed 1,000,000 discs on short holes Chris. I wonder what all the discing down dorks would have to say about that...
Thanks for the recommendation you gave me a while back on the soft Magnet. It took some time to get comfortable with the feel of it but I'm really digin it!! I'm very happy with it's/my results.;)
Hey Chris, do I need a parking pass to play U of R? I want to play all the courses in richmond, but not sure if the university is worth the hassle if I have to worry about a ticket, or getting towed. Thanks for any help you can give.
One of your disc is in the used bin of the PIAS here in Raleigh :D... Believe it has a 2003 tourney stamp.
I am absolutely exhausted. My body held up fine but my game took a terrible downfall. I drove to Baltimore and played Open on the Saturday before and finished 7th. That night I drove to Delaware and on Sunday I played Lums. I lead Masters after the 1st round but played flat and lost by a stroke. I drove home, got up early Monday and drove to Fredericksburg. I played okay the 1st round but the 2nd round was nothing but roll aways and cut-thrus. It was one of those rounds that just happens. The rest of the week was spent getting up early and driving to another course. I never got my flow going. I was always on the edge. Since i've never been a quitter I just went through with it. Even after the week was over I got up Monday and went out to spend the day playing disc golf with friends. It was just a bad week that I can easily forget and continue on.
Hows the experienced/wise golfer feeling after a long week of dg? Ed and I almost made the trip to VA but he couldn't get the time off.
how is the nuke SS flying for you? what do you expect from the nuke OS? i watched the SS roll over and barely come back on a 400' tailwind shot from a local pro-rated player and was somewhat surprised
That is awesome. Just watch out for those Troopers on 295 haha. That really isn't bad in a V8. Did you get the manuel or auto? I guess you and biscoe could travel in style to tourneys. I was just visiting my parents. We are hoping to get back down there in the summer time when the water is warm. I miss the beach.
Hysell! How you been? Hoping all is well with sir. Did you really buy yourself a new hot rod?
I haven't been on in three days and was reading some threads. You wake up on the wrong side of the bed? haha. You were telling these folks about using a putter off a tee and disc speeds. It was great.
I just posted that pic of us from the monthly in DG Encounters of the 3rd kind...hope that's ok. I really want to start doing the left shoulder punch thing you were talking about. I just got some kickboxing workout DVD's, I think that it will help me with my flexibility and my left hook!! :) Hope you had a good time. I enjoyed the round!!
i liked the videos of you in the MSDGC 04 dvd. the skip over the wall into OB on the first hole (ouch) and the insanely confident putt where you bent down and picked up your mini right when you released it. "and now on the first hole this is chris hysell"

"hey i recognize that bald head from somewhere"
That is not good on both fronts. Your back issues sound like you are becoming an old man. HAHA. I hope you get better. You playing in that tourney coming up in VA. I got my disc on Saturday.
Hey Hysell how is that back of yours? I re-tweaked mine this weekend in the ice bowl here in Rolla. Hope you are enjoying your dyed discs.
