PDGA Discount/Coupons?

Times are tough and my wallet's anemic. I'm curious if anyone knows of any coupons or discounts for PDGA memberships, online or Elsweyr?

Hustle up the $50 and you can save $$ after. There are a few discounts that are offered via your membership. Hotel stays and some other various ones.

This is the one and only way to get a discount I think. I am not sure what hoops a club has to jump through to get it but it exists.

The $5 discount is for members of PDGA affiliate clubs. If your club has a sub-forum on the PDGA message board, they're part of that.

Of course, there's really nothing stopping you from "joining" any PDGA affiliate club when you sign up online.

Of course again, there will be a $3 charge when you do that, so you're really only saving a whopping two bucks.

There's a collegiate discount. If you've played a collegiate tourney in the last year, you can email [email protected] and get 20% off.

Really once you factor the expense of entry fees, food, gas, possibly lodging or camping expenses, new discs and equipment, and other ancillary expenses that come with tournament play, is it really logical for someone who's financially drained to be worried about shaving a few bucks off of what is a discretionary expense?
