[Discraft] Raised Lettering

I notice it's there, but it doesn't bother me. I simply slide the disc around until my fingers find a blank spot between the letters. I have also thrown a Predator and I thought the cross hatching was there as a grip enhancement thing. I tried it out and really didn't like it. On a related topic, I really like Vibram's molded in logo on the rim of their discs, I use it as a spot for my thumb. I have let others throw them and they usually don't like it.

I don't typically hold the tooling in the summer.
But I love the options to use it for better grip when it's cold and wet out.

besides, easy to sand off if bothersome

Also holds little pieces of traction tape pretty good for rough weather.

I don't mind. I don't currently throw any discraft so I ok with not having it. But I did like the Predator that, iirc, it had a cross hatching on the inner rim...

I actually look for runs with the raised tooling on the rim. I always grip that for BH and FH

I dont throw that much DC, but the few molds I have used did have it. Nice place to grip in the Mississippi muggy summer heat!
