I love the raised lettering. It always gives me a grip reference point. It increases my confidence. Also I have a bit of neuropathy in my trigger finger so I get better "feel".

Where's the option for "WORST. IDEA. EVER."?

Can't stand it. It's why I stay away from Predators (worse since they crossed out the patent number) and why I'm glad I hoarded the earlier runs of Zones. I'm pretty obsessive about cleaning the inner rim of my discs, and I can't get over the fact that it feels like there's something in the rim. I wish they'd tool the flightplate instead, but I don't throw a ton of Discraft so no biggie.

I always grip the raised lettering in my buzzz's. Love it for some reason.

There needs to be a more negative option than "meh".

x2.

Threw innova only for years because of availability. Tried a few DC discs eventually but couldn't get over the tooling. I rotate the disc in my hand before my throw and when my fingers slide over the tooling it messes my whole routine up. It's a shame too because I legit like a bunch of their molds.

Same here! I find it extremely annoying to spin the disc in my hand looking for the clean part. I'm used to the same feel with my discs, no other company that I know of does this foolishness, I just grab a disc and toss, no, not with Discraft, I have to find the sweet spot before I throw, an added extra little game.

Oh. I thought he was talking about the flight plate. I'm probably also less than "meh" on the rim tooling. But it's gotten better, imo. I'm very "meh" towards the raised letters on the flight plate of Ti discs.

I throw buzzzes and comets I love the tooling. I grip the disc same spot every time. I prefer the feeling of the sharper smaller tooling than the name of the disc. Wish I liked a predator because I really like the hatched spot.

I don't typically hold the tooling in the summer.
But I love the options to use it for better grip when it's cold and wet out.

When I threw the Drone for a while, I found my fingers looking for a clean spot on the rim. But it was no big deal. So....meh.

Axiom discs have them as well. No biggie.

???

In this case, they are referring to tooling on the inside of the rim where the pads of your fingers go on a power grip. MVP/ Axiom tooling in on the overmold, where you can't feel it when gripping the disc.

Oh, yeah. I now remember spinning my Drone to a smooth spot. Gotcha

complete non-issue as far as I'm concerned.
