I just completed a 12 day vacation which included golf in PA, MI and IN...
1st stop was G Pinchot in PA with 2 courses:
Boulder Woods: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/reviews.php?id=233&page=1&mode=rev#25624
and Quakers Challenge which has the hardest 241' hole I've ever played, what a way to start a course! This course was not easy being long and very challenging.
2nd stop was Moraine north of Pittsburgh:

3rd stop a week later and my 3rd annual trip to Flip City:
http://www.dgcoursereview.com/reviews.php?id=126&page=1&mode=rev#25548. While not a world class challenge, it is FUN, FUN and more FUN to play.
4th stop was Lemon Lake in IN site of the worlds this past year. Played the Red and walked the White again since I was with a Am player even though I wanted to play Blue and Silver which are much better.
Red: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/reviews.php?id=463&mode=rev
White: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/revie...=&exp_min=&exp_max=&exp_played=&exp_reviewed=
5th stop was Rogers Lakewood in Vaplaraiso, IN, I haven't reviewed it yet
with 24 holes it is very nice, probably 4 stars.
On my way back east I stopped in Pittsburgh for 2 courses:
2MRE - a new 9 hole course with lots of potential but I didn't like the
it that much with sticker bushes and burs that clung to me and my bag, it simply needs more play to beat down the rough.
Deer Lakes is simply AWESOME, it's almost a 5:
