Pros:
+golf carts available…or walk and walk and walk some more
+couple of ponds make for water challenges
+elevation changes throughout
Cons:
-it is on a golf course which limits what the course designer can do, but the designer probably got the most out of it
-relatively wide open and favors long arms over accuracy
-super long walk if you don't rent a cart
Other:
For a ball-golf style of course, this one's pretty good. Sure, I only used 5 discs out of my bag during the tournament I played here, but that doesn't mean there isn't any variety. It's more about course management and placing your second and third shots here than all-out bombing it or hitting tight lines, although the player than won open at the tournament shot 12 or 13 under because he can throw 500 (wind was dead that day too). Pay to play…$5 without the cart and $17 with the cart, which of course isn't that cheap. So much walking without the cart though. Really enjoyed the two holes with ponds; Hole 1's approach is a downhill bomb over a pond, and 13's was similar but not as steep, but more scenic. The disc golf course does mostly play on the edges of the ball golf course, because that's where the trees are, and so you're playing just behind a lot of backyards…again, to have an interesting course it's trade off.

Thanks for reviewing the course! I saw that you played from the gold tees in the NDM. The white tees might be a bit of a birdie fest for you, but they are a lot more fun if you don't have 450' of distance. I'm going to keep tweaking the gold tees to see if I can get them closer to the right difficulty. It's just pretty tough to do there as wide open as the course is.
